How do I check the status of my order?
When you place your order, we promptly sent it to the wireless carrier who verifies your eligibility and runs a credit check. Normally, the carrier completes this process and notifies us within 24 hours. On rare occasions, it can take up to 2-3 days and sometimes the carrier requests additional information so it is important that you frequently check your order status here and your e-mail regularly for updates from us.

What is the CID (card identification) number?
The CID (card identification) number is a 3 or 4-digit code found on your credit card. We are requesting it as an added security precaution. It's another measure we take to ensure that your credit card is present when you place your order.
If your CID number is illegible, please call your credit card company.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards.
The CID number is the 3-digit code printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards immediately following the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
American Express Cards.
The CID number is the 4-digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.

Can I order phone-only products for next-day delivery?
Yes you can; but please note that we can not ship your phone until the wireless carrier has approved your order. Once we receive approval, we will activate and ship your phone the same day. Orders without a wireless service plan (e.g. phone-only orders) received by 3pm eastern are usually shipped out the same day.
For your security, a signature will be required for the driver to release your package.

What is your return policy?
Our return and exchange policy can vary depending on your purchase. All requests for a return and exchange must be made through our Customer Service Department <> within 15 days of your activation date and must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of your activation date. All returned items must be in original, new condition and all components (e.g. chargers, manuals, SIM Cards, etc) must be included. Post-paid phones should not have more than 30 minutes of usage. Prepaid phones must NOT be opened. Are there any fees to return my phone or accessory?
Each package is shipped with a prepaid return label. Please refer to your sales receipt for return and exchange procedures and contact Customer Service at the number provided to obtain a Return Authorization number. All products that are returned within the specified time period and are in their original, new condition will be refunded the original purchase price. Items that are not returned in their original, new condition or are missing or have damaged components will be refunded at less than the original purchase price depending on their condition.

What is the Equipment Discount Provision (EDP)?
The phone price paid includes an Equipment Discount that has been provided to you by us for activating a new non-substitute line of service with the carrier, and maintaining this new line of service with the selected rate plan in good standing for a minimum of 181 consecutive days. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions for specific details regarding the amount and rules & restrictions of the Equipment Discount Provision.

Whom should I contact to cancel service?
If you need to cancel an order, you must call 888-843-5312 to modify your order as soon as possible to stop your order from processing. If you are not able to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can refuse shipment and the package will automatically be returned to with no charge to you. If it is delivered, simply follow the return and exchange procedures located on your sales receipt. You will also need to contact your wireless carrier directly to cancel your wireless service. Please note that service cancellation fees may apply for some carriers; refer to the Terms and Conditions included with your order.

Shipping and Handling Information
You may select from several shipping options before you check-out. For your protection, all items shipped by us will require a signature for the driver to release the package. If you are unable to make arrangements for a signature, the driver may leave a door tag for you to authorize the release of the package.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order. How do I transfer my existing number to my new carrier?
If you want to transfer an existing number to your new wireless carrier you are required to indicate this when you place your order. If your new carrier allows you to transfer your existing number to them, you will need to enter the necessary information (name of current carrier, name on account and account number) in the Options section (Switch My Existing Wireless Number) before you check-out. We will run an eligibility check with both the new and existing carrier to determine if you are eligible.
Note: Do not cancel your old service if you wish to transfer that number to your new wireless carrier. Your old service will automatically be canceled when your request is completed.
