What is your return policy?

Our return and exchange policy can vary depending on your purchase. All requests for a return and exchange must be made through our Customer Service Department within 14 days of your activation date and must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of your activation date. All returned items must be in original, new condition and all components (e.g. chargers, manuals, SIM Cards, etc) must be included. Post-paid phones should not have more than 30 minutes of usage. Prepaid phones must NOT be opened. Please refer to the product-specific return and exchange policy and procedure information included with your purchase or log onto Best Buy Cellular Solutions to read our satisfaction guarantee. Any products purchased through the Best Buy Mobile Cell Phone Shop must be returned directly to the warehouse. They may not be returned to Best Buy retail stores.



Are there any fees to return my phone or accessory?

Each package is shipped with a prepaid return label. Please refer to your sales receipt for return and exchange procedures and contact Customer Service at the number provided to obtain a Return Authorization number. All products that are returned within the specified time period and are in their original, new condition will be refunded the original purchase price (less shipping charges and processing fees if applicable). Items that are not returned in their original, new condition or are missing or have damaged components will be refunded at less than the original purchase price depending on their condition.
